Good Old Fashion
Vintage Island once started in 2016 with a small shop for local students and vintage enthusiasts, with a mission to make the clothing industry more sustainable. Today, Vintage Island has grown into a serious name in Dutch vintage, with a wide range of customers across 8 locations! With shops in Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Leiden, Maastricht, Groningen and Nijmegen there is always a shop close to you.
As a company we have a passion for “good old fashion” and we value sustainable shopping. Vintage clothing is often better quality than fast fashion and lasts longer. Also, fast fashion is one of the largest polluters and that’s why we want to make second hand clothing as accessible as possible. At Vintage Island you can find one of a kind vintage clothing while also helping to build a better future! All of our shops have a sale rack, and our shop in Amsterdam even has a whole floor with discounted items. This way you can find vintage pieces at bargain prices, and every piece of clothing gets a second chance!
We offer a wide collection of second hand women’s and men’s clothing and accessories in all our shops and we are very proud of our collection of vintage western boots from America! At Vintage Island we only offer vintage with the best quality. Our collection is curated carefully, dry cleaned and checked before it hits the stores, where it is displayed in an organized way. In addition, we are all about a relaxed shopping experience! With clean and organized shops with plenty of room to chill and wonderful vintage hits playing from previous decades, shopping with us is very joyful. The best thing about our shops? Nobody leaves with the same item! The shops are restocked every week with new items, so there are always new treasures to be found!
